  • WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS, WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?
    Yes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging in and visiting the My Account section.
  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
    Orders ship via our preferred carrier, United States Postal Service, unless indicated otherwise on your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges; the default delivery method is FOB, unless stated otherwise. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow one business day to process all orders. To ensure the safety of large orders we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all cartons over $500.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    1. Return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by GDF LLC Customer Support. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight. ​ 2. Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of GDF error. ​ 3. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production. ​ 4. All sales are final on Dragon Fruit Cuttings and closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.
  • WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
    Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Sellers error.
