SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at GDF LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

  1. Shipment Availability
    -Shipping is available in the USA nationwide including Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. 
    -Currently INTERNATIONAL shipping is not available. We hope to have this in the future. 
     

  2. Shipment Processing Time
    -All orders are processed within [3-4 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    -We ship products early in the week to avoid shipment getting stuck in transit on the weekends. 
    -If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
    -If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
     

  3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    -Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    -Estimated delivery time: 
                USPS Priority Shipping: 1-4 business days

    Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods.
     

  4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    -You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
     

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    -GDF LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
     

  6. Damages
    -GDF LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by GDF LLC Customer Support. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.

2. Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of GDF error.

​

3. Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.

​

4. All sales are final on dragon fruit cuttings and closeout items; returns are not acceptable on dragon fruit cuttings and closeout items under any circumstances.
